HOA Dues: 2020 dues are $192 annually and are due March 1st annually.Transfer Fee: Home sales are due a $200 transfer fee upon closing.
Trash Collection
Waste Connections CompanyTrash pick up is on Fridays from early morning to afternoon. Your location within Aberdeen will determine the time of pickup. Generally, it is best to place your trash containers at the curb on Thursday night or on Friday in the early morning. If you have any questions - please call 316-838-4920.
